The Author

I was born in Lubbock, Texas on November 12, 1947. Mom and Dad 1st lived on a farm near New Home, Texas then moved to a farm near Granddad Horne’s farm several miles east of County Line, Texas. In 1952, Dad moved the family to Siloam Springs, Arkansas then to Arizona in 1955. We lived in Tucson and Five Points near Phoenix for a short period of time. The family lived in Willcox, Arizona from 1958 to 1966 and I graduated from Willcox High School in 1966.
